Press juice from sauerkraut and place in a special cast iron pot, add sliced fresh cabbages, mix thoroughly. Add fried meat with onions and carrots. Add salt and pepper. Add tomato sauce, cut dried plums, mix well and bake in the oven. From time to time remove the dish from the oven and mix it. You can add sausages.

Pierogi

For dough:
Whip the egg and add salt and hot water. Mix and slowly add flour to make the thick dough. Continue thoroughly mixing with your hands. Roll the dough and cut round forms. The filling is placed in the middle and the dough folded over to form a half circle. Boil the salted water in a saucepan. Put the dumplings into the water and cook for 3-4 minutes. They can be served with melted butter or sour cream. Filling can be different.

For filling:
Mash potatoes with a fork, add cottage cheese, mix. Add dill and salt.

Zhureks

When the soup has cooled a little, shake everything. In special cases, soup is filled into emptied round bread loaves, add a cut boiled egg, little fried sausage can also be added.

Milk soup with vegetables

Cut potatoes and cabbage. Grate carrots. Place the vegetables into boiling water, add salt. When the vegetables become soft, add milk and bring to boiling.

Golupci

Cook rice and cabbage until they are almost ready. Mix minced meat with rice and fill cabbage leaves with this mixture. Pour tomato or some other sauce on ready golupci and stew for about 20 minutes.
